1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeta1 ("jeta1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://jeta1.io (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the jeta1 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

This Agreement is written in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English text shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the jeta1 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The jeta1 platform enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all players, regardless of the type of activity — sports betting, casino games, slots, or any other service offered on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jeta1 Platform or any other gambling platform in a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for any third party.

jeta1 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of a player's account lifecycle. Documents may include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jeta1 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the jeta1 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual player may maintain only one registered account on the jeta1 Platform. If jeta1 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — jeta1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus credits, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jeta1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. 3.4 Account Accuracy. Your account name must match the name on your payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account). Discrepancies between account names may result in withdrawal delays or refusal until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jeta1 currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposits. All funds deposited into your jeta1 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jeta1 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to the original payment source if a third-party deposit is detected.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by jeta1 within 24 hours of submission for standard requests. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. jeta1 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals requested while an active bonus is attached to the account balance will be subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the jeta1 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their payment provider.

4.5 Transaction Records. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are recorded in your jeta1 account history. Players are encouraged to review their transaction history regularly and to contact support at [email protected] if any discrepancy is identified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money stakes. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is awarded.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jeta1 employs monitoring tools to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using matched-betting strategies funded primarily by bonus credits, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeta1 reserves the right to void bonus credits, withhold winnings derived from bonus play, and close the associated account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion will be removed from the player's balance automatically. jeta1 will not reinstate expired bonus credits under any circumstances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the jeta1 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. jeta1 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Bets placed on events that have already commenced without the player's knowledge of the outcome are valid unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport rules.

6.2 In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are available on selected events and are subject to suspension without notice during critical match moments (e.g., wicket falls, penalty decisions). Bets accepted prior to suspension are settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected.

6.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on the jeta1 Platform utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the relevant game provider. jeta1 publishes Return to Player (RTP) information for all slots and casino games. 6.4 Maximum Winnings. jeta1 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction payout cap. Where a player's winnings from a single bet or gaming session exceed the applicable cap, jeta1 will pay out the capped amount and void the excess. Players will be notified of applicable payout caps at the time of bet placement or game launch where applicable.

6.5 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, jeta1's system will attempt to complete the round according to the game's logic. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. jeta1 is not responsible for disconnections caused by a player's internet service provider or device.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Registering or accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using only bonus funds, or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee profit from jeta1 promotions.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeta1 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the jeta1 Platform's software or infrastructure.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the jeta1 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name jeta1, the logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to jeta1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any jeta1 intellectual property.

Game content displayed on the jeta1 Platform, including slot game graphics, live casino studio interfaces, and associated audio-visual elements, is owned by the respective third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to jeta1 for display on the Platform. Players may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such content.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or damage resulting from interruption of service, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or temporary Platform unavailability.
• Any loss arising from events outside jeta1's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or regulatory actions by governmental authorities in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game provider whose games are accessible via the Platform.

jeta1's total aggregate liability to any player, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jeta1 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit jeta1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jeta1's negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jeta1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeta1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jeta1 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jeta1 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by jeta1. jeta1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to provide required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or suspension, you will lose access to the Platform and to any bonus credits held in your account. Real-money funds will be returned subject to the conditions in clause 13.1 and any applicable investigation procedures.

14 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of jeta1's services, you should first contact the jeta1 support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue. jeta1 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with jeta1's response to your complaint after the internal procedure has been exhausted, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable law. jeta1 will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate escalation process.

14.3 Finality of Game Outcomes. jeta1 decisions regarding game outcomes, sports bet settlement, and bonus eligibility determinations are final except where a demonstrable technical error by jeta1 can be established. Claims of technical error must be supported by evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction reference numbers) and submitted within 30 calendar days of the relevant event.

15 Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jeta1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver. jeta1's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of jeta1.

15.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. The English-language version is the sole authoritative version of this Agreement.
